The private session is all about you and yourself. It can be online or in person. Whatever is going on in your life – Everything you need is already within. Sometimes we just can’t see clear. All the foggy thoughts and emotions decrease our vision. I’m here for you to guide you through this time to your breakthrough. You can share with me what you feel like sharing.
Breathwork is a shortcut that allows you to go within and see what is really going on. By doing the inner work you will recharge your energy and find clarity. Let go of all the stuck emotions that hold you back from living your life exactly how you want to live it. Let go of expectations and stress, reduce the outside noise and listen to the voice within. You will feel energized and lighter after the session.

We walk the breathwork way in the comfort of your home. Make sure that there won’t be any disturbance. This time is your time. All you need is a comfortable place to lay down, a pillow, a blanket and if you like an eye cover.
We all desire a loving and fulfilling relationship. I’m here to guide you and your loved one through a breathwork session together so you will connect deeper to each other. Communication is one of the biggest issues in relationships. Unclear communication will lead to misunderstandings. Misunderstandings will lead to an unhealthy relationship.

You will receive information about breathwork and what will happen within the session.
Show up a couple of minutes before class starts and get settled in to get the most out of the experience. Make sure that you wear comfortable clothing. I suggest to wear layers that you can take off if you get warm.
Make sure not to eat 1 or 2 hours prior to the breathwork session. You’ll be fine if you do but it will be a better experience with a light stomach.
Leave your ego and expectations at the door. Just show up and focus on the breath.

Job security and dreams about making it to the next level are related to the success. This stress leads to flat breathing. If we breathe flat into the chest we are in the “flight or fight mode”. If we stay too long in this condition, we will feel stressed and exhausted. In this state it’s really difficult to clear your mind and stay focused.
Breathwork will help your team to get to the next level. Deep breathing allows us to focus and calm down. Your athletes will recharge their energy faster and let go of overthinking and self-doubts. The breathwork way allows them to perform better in critical situations that can make the difference.

What does a session look like?
There is so much power in breathing but we barely talk about it. The session will last 60 mins.
You will be introduced to the topic breathwork and provided with all the information that you need to know about the practice. After the intro and explanation, you lay down on your back without anything under your head. For more comfort you can put a pillow below your knees. There is an active breathing part and a relaxation part.
What do we need for a breathwork session?
A room that is big enough so everyone that participates can lay down comfortably. Every participant needs a matt and if possible, an eye mask or towel to cover the eyes. This can help to relax more.
